What is the minimum order?
50 pairs per design. Bulk orders are welcome, and the more pairs you order, the lower the price per pair.
How much do custom socks cost?
It depends on the quantity, the number of colours, the sock type, and extras like woven labels and packaging. Send your brief and during the day you get a quote within an hour.
How long does it take?
During the day, you get a quote within an hour. A real knitted sample takes about 3 working days, and production takes 1 to 2 weeks from sample approval. Then we deliver anywhere in the UAE.
Does the sample cost anything?
The mockup is free. A real knitted sample is 150 AED including delivery, and it is credited in full against your order.
Can you put our company logo on socks?
Yes, that is what we do. Your logo is knitted into the sock itself, from 50 pairs per design. We only knit, we never print on socks.
Can you knit any design?
Not every design. We only knit, we never print, and very complex designs are not possible. A design can have up to 5 colours, and some colours can't be made. We check every design and tell you straight away what works.
Can you match our brand colours?
Yes, up to 5 colours per design. We match your brand colours from our yarns and show you the closest match on the mock up before the sample. Some colours can't be made, and we tell you which straight away.
Which sock types and yarns do you offer?
Crew, quarter or half crew, ankle, and kids socks with or without grip. Yarns are cotton and polyester in a set colour range, and woven labels are available as an extra.
Do you help with the design?
Yes. Design help is included and the mockup is free, within 1 working day. Send your logo as a vector file (AI, EPS, SVG or PDF) or a clear PNG, and we turn it into a sock design.
Do you deliver across the UAE?
Yes, anywhere in the UAE, and delivery is free on orders of 500 pairs or more. We deliver inside the UAE only.
Do you issue a VAT invoice?
Yes, a VAT invoice is available on request. Mention it when you ask for your quote.
Can I order fewer than 50 pairs?
Not for custom socks, the minimum is 50 pairs per design. For fewer pairs, pick ready designs from our shop.
