Refund policy

Returns
Returns within 14 days of delivery, on unopened pairs. Pickup is free inside the UAE: message us on WhatsApp +971 55 539 2022 or email info@socksup.ae and we arrange it. Items sent back without contacting us first can't be accepted.

Bundles and '5 for 100' packs are fully returnable within 14 days.

Custom logo socks
Custom logo socks are made to order, so they can't be returned unless they arrive damaged or different from the approved sample.

Hole within 6 months?
We replace the pair, free.

Damaged or wrong item
Please check your order when it arrives and contact us straight away if an item is damaged or wrong. We replace or collect it free.

Gift cards
Gift cards can't be returned.

Exchanges
The fastest way to get what you want is to return the pairs you have and, once the return is accepted, place a new order.

Refunds
We let you know once we've received and checked your return, and whether the refund is approved. If it is, you're refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card company may take a little longer to post it. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return, contact us at info@socksup.ae.
